Delete your account

Request deletion of your Accustom account and all associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through any of the following methods:

In-App Support Chat

Open the Accustom app → Go to Settings → Tap "Support" → Request account deletion

Email Request

Send an email to hello@accustom.app with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Data That Will Be Deleted

✓Profile information (name, email, profile photo)
✓Your wallet address and sign-in
✓Photos, videos, and other evidence check-ins
✓Commit titles, descriptions and notes — anything you wrote
✓Support chat history and messages
✓Notification preferences and device tokens

Data Retained for Legal Compliance

Due to financial regulations, some data may be retained for up to 7 years:

•Payment transaction records (pledge payments, refunds, bonus reward payouts)
•Purchase and payment history

This retained data is anonymized where possible and is only kept to comply with tax and financial regulations.

Kept Without Your Identity

A record of what the account did is kept for statistics: commits and challenge enrollments, check-in outcomes, pledge amounts and app sessions. Your name, email, wallet address, IP address, location, evidence and anything you wrote are removed from it, and it is stored under a label that is not derived from your details.

Deletion Timeline

Within 30 days: Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Immediate effects: Upon request confirmation, you will be logged out and unable to access your account.

Important: If you have active commits or challenges with pending pledges, please withdraw or wait for them to complete before requesting deletion. Unresolved pledges may be retained.
