FAQ
In a Challenge, achievers get their pledge back plus a share of the bonus reward pool. In a Commit there is no bonus — each check-in you prove returns that day's pledge. Either way, a moderator reviews the results first; once the settlement is approved, funds are released from escrow to your wallet in USDC.
You can use your Grace Days to skip days without losing progress. The number of Grace Days depends on your challenge duration. You can also purchase additional Grace Days, but there's a limit.
You submit evidence for each check-in: a photo, a timelapse video, an in-app camera photo, or a screenshot. Which one applies depends on the challenge, or on what you chose when you created your Commit. A moderator reviews each check-in against the requirements.
Before a challenge starts you can withdraw and get a full refund. Once it has started your pledge is non-refundable — that is what makes the commitment real. For a Commit, cancelling forfeits whatever is still staked. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.
Your data is encrypted and stored securely. Check-in data is deleted 15 days after your challenge ends, unless there is an open support case about it. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
