Request data deletion

Request deletion of your Accustom data without deleting your account.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

In-App Support Chat

Open the Accustom app → Go to Settings → Tap "Support" → Request data deletion

Email Request

Send an email to hello@accustom.app with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • ✓Photos, videos, and timelapse recordings submitted as evidence
  • ✓Support chat history and messages
  • ✓Location data from GPS verification
  • ✓Device tokens and notification preferences
  • ✓Crash logs and diagnostic data

Data Retained (Required for App Function)

The following data is retained to maintain your account functionality:

  • •Account profile (name, email) - required for login
  • •Active commit and challenge records
  • •Payment transaction records (required for financial compliance)

To delete all data including your account, visit our Account Deletion page.

Deletion Timeline

Within 30 days: Your requested data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Your account remains active: You can continue using Accustom after data deletion.
